Fire crew from Basingstoke called to BMI Hampshire Clinic

A PATIENT and three hospital workers at the BMI Hampshire Clinic became trapped when a lift broke.
The lift, carrying the four people, broke down between the first and second floors at the private hospital in Basing Road, Old Basing, at 1.10pm on Tuesday, September 3.
The four were trapped for 15 minutes before a fire crew from Basingstoke fire station lowered the lift manually and opened the doors.
