Overturned car causes tailbacks on the A303 this afternoon
AN overturned car has caused tailbacks on the eastbound carriageway of the A303 this afternoon between Andover and Basingstoke.
Delays occurred after a Toyota Auris left the carriageway and turned on its roof near to the junction with the M3.
Police were called to the incident at around 12.55pm and it is understood that traffic was queuing for around three miles in the direction of Andover.
Four people were in the car but no serious injuries have been reported.
