BASINGSTOKE looks set for some early spring frost tonight, with temperatures set to drop to freezing.
Recent spells of warmer weather have thawed thoughts of February's arctic cold snap.
But forecasters are warning of a temporary return to freezing temperatures and are warning of a chance of frost and ice overnight.
The Met Office are predicting temperatures of around -2C in the early hours of Sunday morning.
However temperatures are expected to feel as cold as 0C between to hours of 3am and 5am.
There is positive news for those planning a Sunday outing however, with temperatures expected to rise throughout the day and highs of around 11C.
