Emergency services attending overturned vehicle on the M3
EMERGENCY services are currently attending a serious crash on the M3.
A vehicle has overturned and is partially blocking part of the northbound carriageway shortly before th turnoff for the A30, near to Basingstoke.
Northbound traffic is currently moving slowly.
