POLICE are appealing for information following an overnight crime spree in Oakley.

Police say three incidents took place in the village during the early hours of Tuesday 1 August, and another in nearby North Waltham.

One incident, a non-dwelling burglary, took place in Rectory Road.

Police say a shed was broken into and tools removed from inside.

According to officers, a nearby property also had a vehicle broken into and a key fob stolen of an electric gate.

Police say a transit van with side windows was spotted on CCTV in the area at the time of the incident.

Another non-dwelling burglary took "in the vicinity" of Oakley Infant School.

Officers say an old stables was broken into and a number of items were stolen from inside.

The final incident took place at North Waltham Business Centre.

Police say two caravans, which were being stored in the centre's yard, were stolen after thieves broke the latch on the gate and accessed the property.
