GUNS will be blasting away in the Hampshire countryside next week to raise cash for two charities.
All the cash raised from Friday’s (May 9) Test Valley Clay pigeon shoot on the Compton Manor Estate, at King’s Somborne, will be shared between Cancer Research UK and the Village Hall Refurbishment Fund.
This is the sixth annual clay shoot in aid of the charities and organiser, Colin Reeve, said that, so far, more than £60,000 had been raised.
BBC Young Sports Personality 2013, Amber Hill, will be presenting the prizes.
