A ROMSEY business is celebrating after moving to a bigger factory.
Wessex Labels has moved to a new 20,000 sq foot facility in Romsey Industrial Estate next to Greatbridge Road.
The business has been running for more than 20 years and produces labels which are used on all sorts of materials mainly for the food industry.
They currently employ 30 people and expect the new facility to help grow the business by 25 per cent which means up to 10 jobs being created.
Director of Wessex Labels, Mark Ralph, said: “The growth in our business in recent years has meant that we have quickly outgrown our current site. This new facility will further enhance our effectiveness and improve the service levels we currently provide to our customers.
“The new facility will allow Wessex Labels to focus on our customers' future requirements, to deliver products and services that constantly add value and reduce costs."
