A carnival atmosphere and temperature nudging towards 27C (80F) brought thousands to Romsey on Saturday for the annual free music festival, the Beggars Fair.
Chair of the organisers, Delsia Bartlett said: “It was an excellent turnout with a nice mixture of entertainment for everyone and everywhere was busy. It was a lovely atmosphere.”
Nearly every road in the town centre hosted some form of entertainment whether it was music, Morris dancers, jugglers, street theatre or puppet shows.
