A HOODED gang attacked a student at a Hampshire school.
Police have launched an investigation after four people assaulted the 15-year-old pupil at Mountbatten School in Romsey.
A school statement says: "After lessons had finished for the day, four young hooded people who are unknown to the school came to the front of the building and assaulted one of our students.
"The school of course involved the police straight away.
"They are investigating the matter."
The incident happened at about 3.30pm on Friday, July 14.
A spokesman for Hampshire Constabulary said: "Enquiries are on-going."
