TEST Valley police are warning residents over a scam phone call across the borough.
In the scam, the caller states that they are bailiffs and is required to collect an overdue online subscription. They then say that he would attend the residents' home address and collect the money.
Police say it is presumed that the caller would have gone onto suggest that payment is made over the phone.
Officers have warned residents not to part with any bank details or addressed and to call 999 if a 'bailiff' does turn up.
