SIR – Would it be possible, before Bell Street opens, to close Romsey square to traffic for a few hours, so that the road planners could spray paint all the curbs etc, so that people can see the 'full size' layout which we expect the alterations and possible position of Palmerston, rather than a drawing on an A4 sheet of paper.
