Police recover bikes in Stanmore
WINCHESTER police have recovered two bike frames they believe to have been stolen.
The frames of a Land Rover mountain bike and Specialized mountain bike were found at a property in Walpole Road, Stanmore, on Friday, February 8.
It follows a spate of more than 30 thefts across the city so far this year and police believe a gang of teenagers is targeting sheds and garages.
Anyone who thinks they may be the owner of either bike should contact Winchester City Gate Safer Neighbourhoods Team on 101.
