A MAN has been arrested following an incident in a Hampshire village that forced the closure of a main road.

Police have been dealing with an ongoing incident at an address on Selborne Road, Selborne, near Alton, this morning.

Officers attended a house in the early hours following concerns about a man inside the building.
There was no one else inside the property.
