PLANS for a 200-home development in Winchester are to go on public display.
The controversial scheme for Pitt Manor was given the green light in January 2012.
The public can now inspect detailed plans and artist's impressions on Wednesday, March 27.
Protest group Keep Pitt Green fear the development could pave the way for further expansion to the south-west of Winchester.
Speaking after the planning application was granted, Sandie Vining, spokesman for Keep Pitt Green, said: “We have always worried about this - that was why it was vital to protect this wedge. We know there are other landowners waiting to see what happened here.”
Of the 200 dwellings, 80 will be affordable and there will be a 200-space park and ride facility, with associated access roads, footways, landscaping, children's play facilities and open space, and new bus lay-by and access to Romsey Road.
The public exhibition will be held at the Tower Arts Centre from 1pm to 7.30pm.
