Detectives have charged two men following the theft of mobile phones from a delivery van in Winchester.
The incident occurred at around 9am on Thursday, December 12 at the junction of the High Street and Trafalgar Street.
Around 40 mobile phones along with phone accessories to the value of approximately £20,000 were stolen from a white van while the driver was commencing a delivery.
Phillip Mack, 41, from Selsdon Road in Croydon and Gareth May, 50, from Lower Addiscombe Road in Croydon have been charged with conspiracy to steal from a motor vehicle.
Mr Mack will be appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Friday, February 14. Mr May has been bailed to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Tuesday, March 4.
