A CYCLIST seriously injured in a crash with a car on the A334 at Curdridge has died.

William Logan, 70, of The Crescent, Eastleigh was left in a serious condition after being in collision with an Audi A3 near Reading Room Lane shortly before 1.15pm on Monday. (APRIL 28)

He was taken to Southampton General Hospital but later died.

Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses to the incident and are asking for anyone who saw what happened or the cyclist or car before the collision to contact them.

They are asked to call the Roads Death Investigation Team at Eastleigh Police Station on 101.
