A WOMAN who nearly lost her baby to cot death is to host baby resuscitation classes in Winchester.
Natasha Jones, who had a near-miss with her youngest daughter Ava-Mai in 2010, will be running a course on Saturday, July 12, from 9.30am-12pm at the Holiday Inn at Morn Hill.
Natasha, and her husband Karl, set up Baby and Infant Resuscitation Classes, a not-for-profit community project, in the New Forest in a bid to teach infant safety for new parents.
She said: "For us it is simply about giving parents, grandparents and carers of babies and infants potentially lifesaving skills at very little cost, this training saves lives. “We have had a least two instances where mothers have contacted us to let us know they used training learnt on our courses to save their babies lives, we do it to make a difference."
Tickets for the course cost £10 per person and tea and coffee is included.
