Winchester commuters slowed by hard-shoulder road traffic accident
COMMUTERS have been affected by slow-moving traffic this morning (June 9) after a road traffic accident.
The incident occurred at some time around 7am on the M3 northbound between junction 12-11 on the hard shoulder.
It is believed two vehicles were involved. South Central Ambulance were called at 6.55am and sent one rapid response vehicle and one ambulance crew who treated those injured at the scene. No one was taken to hospital.
Southbound traffic has been moving very slowly, as onlookers passed the scene, going back as far as junction 10.
