Meeting over new WI branch in Winchester
A NEW branch of the Women’s Institute could be formed next week in Winchester.
A meeting will be held at 7.30pm on Thursday June 26 in the Darch Room, Hyde Parish Hall, Hyde Street.
Anyone interested in making new friends, learning some new skills or just having a chance of ‘me’ time, then they are very welcome.
The Darch Room is accessed from the back of the hall, via Church Path.
There are 200 WIs in Hampshire with a number in Winchester and surrounding area but there is always room for new WIs and this hopefully will be the third new WI in Hampshire this year.
