Scouts parading through the city centre
THOUSANDS of people packed into Winchester Cathedral following this year’s St George’s Day parade.
The service was preceded by the annual parade by the city's scout and guide groups through Winchester, with the groups carrying their banners.
And the parade ended at the cathedral, where all the Scouts affirmed and renewed their scout promises.
