Crash on M3 causing delays
MOTORISTS can expect delays on a busy Hampshire motorway following a road smash.
At least one vehicle was involved in an incident on the M3 southbound carriageway at Junction 11 near Winchester.
A lane closure was in place but there are still delays, despite the road fully reopening.
It is unknown whether anyone was injured and the extent of the accident.
