A CHRONIC drunk who set fire to a charity centre in Winchester has been jailed.
Otto Bingeris, 49, set alight the Trinity Centre in Durngate on July 30.
The arson damage a large double glazed window and a ceiling and was committed whilst he was in drink, a court heard.
Bingeris, of no fixed abode, admitted the charge as well as five breaches of an antisocial behaviour order by drinking alcohol in public on June 17, 22, 24, 25 and July 8.
Magistrates in Basingstoke jailed him for 12 weeks.
