An air ambulance has been called to a busy Hampshire motorway following a crash that has closed both carriageways.
The incident is at M3 northbound at junction 13 at Eastleigh, with queues building on approach.
Two lanes are currently blocked.
There is also slow moving traffic from junction 11 at Winchester down to junction 13.
Reports say traffic is being held in both directions at junction 13, with long delays in both directions.
It is not known the extent of the injuries.
ROMANSE are reporting delays of over an hour in both directions approaching J13.
