DRIVERS are facing long delays on the M3 after two lorries crashed on a major Hampshire road this afternoon.
Firefighters from Winchester, Eastleigh and Redbridge rushed to the scene on the A34 just off the M3 at junction nine (Winnall) following the collision at around 12.40pm.
The road was closed for more than two hours northbound following the accident, with drivers facing delays of around 40 minutes, before the road was reopened at around 3.30pm.
Motorists have been advised to find alternative routes.
It is not known if anyone was hurt in the crash.
