TRAFFIC is building after a car burst into flames as the driver approached a motorway junction.
One lane of the A34 in Winchester has been closed by police due to a car fire this evening.

Delays are building in the area as traffic approaches junction 9 of the M3.
One lane of the A34 is running but officers have warned the incident will cause "extensive delays".
Hampshire Police has confirmed they have assisted with traffic in the area, but say the incident has been handed over to Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service and Highways England.
