CURVES of Andover has been taking part in the Curves Food Drive to benefit local food banks.
Last year the Curves Food Drive collected almost five million kgs of food for local communities all over the world.
And this year the Curves fitness franchise has set a goal to collect 6.8 million kgs nationally to help even more people in need of healthy food.
All the food collected will go to the Andover Food Bank to be distributed to local families in need.
Beverley Howard, owner of the Andover club, said: "The Curves Food Drive promotion is always exciting.
"We have a chance to help so many people at a time when the food banks are lowest.
"It's a win-win situation for everyone, and we're very proud to participate.
"Once again this year our members have continued to be so generous - during the month of March we have collected over 800lbs of food."
