The Foxcotte Park pitch is still waterlogged which means tonight's Wessex League Division One derby with Stockbridge has been postponed.
The newly assembled Stockbridge side under temporary manager Barry Andrews has still to play their first game and now look to Saturday when they are due to travel to Cowes Sports.
New Street will be hoping that tomorrow's forecast of heavy rain does not put paid to their game on Saturday as they entertain bottom club Hayling United.
