The Andover Pool Premier League saw the top two collide as Arms B cruised to a 7-2 win over Queen Charlotte to go top.
Arms A Cademy claimed a second consecutive 9-0 win as they outclassed Hurstbourne A and Anton Harts claimed a 6-3 win over Arms FD while Royal Oak won 6-3 at home to Merlin Misfits.
An all-Queen Charlotte clash saw Demons face the QQCs, with Craig Rees’ side winning 5-4.
Clatford Arms Dealers closed the gap on Foresters Fatties to one point, winning 7-2 at the Arms and Legs, while the Fatties slipped up 5-4 away at Shire Sharp Shooters.
Folly came out on top in the battle of the bottom sides with a 5-4 win over New Street and the Angels of Luck won 6-3 at home to Central to close the gap in the middle of the table.
QC Beebies missed the chance to narrow the gap on the Division 2 leaders as they lost 6-3 at the Merlin Massive.
The top two met, as Wolversdene Wanders welcomed Anton Decs and cruised to a 4-1 lead, but a spirited comeback saw Chris Taylors’ side win 5-4 to go top.
Battle Stations stayed in touch as the Mankinis continued to slide down the table as they lost 6-3.
Merlin Masters beat Wooly B52’s 5-4 who stayed close to the bottom after Plougher Rangers won well, 6-3 at home to Railway Club.
Broughton took advantage of Folly’s bye to move level on points and go top of Division 3 with a 7-2 win at Swallow Em Up. Globe Misfits stayed bottom as they lost 5-4 to Central Hedgehogs and there were 6-3 wins for Wyke Down and HBT Players against Dirty Angels and Ploughin’ On.
It was 5-4s galore in Division 4 as Eagle Leftovers stayed on top. They won at home to Hurstbourne B and the two Lamb sides occupied second and third in the table.
The B team beat Welcome Wanderers at home while the A side won at Clatford.
Arms Snipers move off the bottom, winning 5-4 against Shire Sambuca Sqaud.
Play Station stayed top of Division 5 as they ground out a 5-4 win over Chute Club Saints to go three clear of the Mafia, who beat Royal Oak Beavers 6-3. Slippery Strangers slid into third with a 5-4 win over Station Phoenix and Foresters Chess Club beat Merlins and Muppets 6-3.
