After meetings with Lawrence Blair of Andover Town FC, Cathy Devereux of Lions in the Community and Andover Youth FC all are now linked by the charter standard umbrella.

Andover Town have agreed to them taking up the new town strip and logo, and at their own Andover tournament 70 plus teams and hundreds of boys and girls took part in a two day event including teams from Reading, Oxford, Wiltshire and local sides.

The club will be known as Andover Town Youth and they made it to their fifth final out of five tournaments after winning all their group matches and semi-final against Overton, while only conceding one goal.

Newest player Sky Hull made her debut and was outstanding in defence alongside Sam Miles and Charlie House.

Max Godson, Harry Godson, Oliver Walker scored and were busy and worked hard all day and Solomon Sale was strong also in midfield.

Jacob Beatson with two goals gave a top performance and was an inspiration while Kian Timms netted five goals and showed pure finishing class.

George Lewis only conceded three after some fantastic quick reaction saves.

Andover Town Youth lost 2-1 to a good FC Salisbury United side in extra-time.
