Queen Charlotte maintained control of the Premier League thanks to a 7-2 win over QCCs.

They went 11 points clear of Arms B who won 6-3 at home to bottom side Central. The Demons suffered back to back defeats to lose ground as they slumped to defeat at home to Arms FD. Gaz Turner’s Arms side won 6-3 at home to Phil Pearce’s Clatford to move clear of the bottom two.

QC Beebies finally ended their wretched run over Battle Stations with Greg Allen again superb. The Beebies have never beaten the Station in five meetings so this was long overdue.

The Anton Harts stayed top with a 5-4 win at Simon Prosser’s Hurstbourne. The Fatties kept up the pressure with another victory, winning 6-3 at home to Shire Sharp Shooters while Kev Birks took his Prince Regent side to Lucky Tavern and came away with a 6-3 win.

Arms ‘n’ Legs picked up a second win of the season with a 6-3 win over the Folly.

Paul Wilson’s New Street FC went top of Division 2 after an 8-1 win over Railway Club whose abysmal run continued with just four of 27 frames won.

Wooly B52s went level at the top thanks to a 6-3 win against Wolversdene Warriors while New Street Masters climbed above Anton Decs thanks to a better bonus point tally with a 6-3 win over Central Mankinis.

Anton Decs could only win 5-4 at home to Merlin Masters.

Hurstbourne B stayed top of Division 3 despite losing 5-4 at home to Wyke Down.

Tavern A Laugh moved above their opponents Eagle Leftovers thanks to a 7-2 win while Global Warriors moved into fourth with a 5-4 over Central Hedgehogs.

Division 4 saw Lamb A lose their unbeaten record in emphatic style as they lost 9-0 away to Swallow Smash Heads which allowed Wyke Down ‘n’ Outs to go top with a 6-3 win over Slipper Strangers.

Central Saints lost 7-2 at Play Station but Todd Alderman’s side still went top thanks to Town Mills having a bye.

The Beavers won the battle of the bottom sides as they beat Barbarians 5-4, Foresters Chess Club won 5-4 over Kings and Queens and Chute won 7-2 over Station Phoenix to conclude the week.
