ANDOVER Rugby Club’s colts cruised to a big win in their last game of 2014.

Graham and Co sponsored Andover started well, with Cannon crossing the line for the first try, swiftly followed by one for O’Connor which was duly converted by Parry.

Fordingbridge then settled into their own game and matched the Andover pack in the set piece, forcing them into making several mistakes resulting in penalties for the visitors.

Fortunately for Andover, most of these were not in kickable positions.

Andover added a further try when McFarlane collected a misdirected clearance kick to outpace the Fordingbridge defence, but Fordingbridge rallied and scored under the posts.

The second half was dominated by Andover, with man of the match Rowe scoring under the posts following a scintillating solo run from his own 22m.

The floodgates duly opened with further tries from Roscoe, Parry, Cicotti and Roll.

Fordingbridge never gave up and with ten minutes to go scored a well worked try under the posts.

The last phase of play saw Andover move the ball along the complete back line, resulting in a second try for O’Connor.
