WHITCHURCH United lifted the North Hants Senior Cup last night after a 3-1 victory over Tadley Calleva at the Camrose stadium.
The Jam Boys, who suffered a heartbreaking penalty shootout loss to Winchester City in last season's final, were not to be denied this year, overcoming their Wessex League Division One opponents through goals from Jack McCarthy, Scott Hassell and Dave Parry.
Scott Kinge scored the Tadders only goal on the night.
After the match a delighted Whitchurch manager Carl Bennett, said: "I am really pleased for the boys this is the icing on the cake for our season. We have our awards night on Saturday so we can have a big celebration there."
