Baker's dozen for New Street U13


CSA 07 Saxons U13 1 New Street U13 13.

Mitutoyo sponsored Street produced their biggest win of the season so far with goals from Ben Emans (4), Marcus Tyler (3) Robbie Brown (2) Jordon Preece (2) Aran Bolton and Ed Jones.

Street took their time to get used to the smaller pitch but once in their stride they never looked back. CSA Saxons to their credit battled right to the end showed great team spirit. Man of the match went to Aaron Crowe.

Popley U13 0 Barton Stacey U13 2.

Barton Stacey started well against a side one place below them.

James Burgess’s beautifully weighted ball was headed home by Oliver Coetzee then Burgess scored the second from the penalty spot and rattled the bar in the closing minutes as Barton took the points from this entertaining game.

AFC Wolves U12 3 Oakwood Terriers 5.

Wolves missed the chance to go top but went down fighting.

The game ebbed and flowed and Wolves led 2-1 with goals from Ryan Brice and Jack Hughes. Terriers hit back and led 4-2 at the break. All out attack in the second half saw Wolves pull one back through Cammy Tobin but Terriers scored near the death.
