Odiham and Greywell v Andover IV.
ANDOVER IV travelled to Odiham and Greywell for their league opener but tasted defeat despite some positive individual performances.
The visitors batted first but two early wickets put them on the ropes before Hamish Morton (22) and Alex Aldridge (51) steadied the ship.
When Morton departed Dan Du Heaume was on hand to support Aldridge and the pair batted Andover towards a solid position.
However when Aldridge and Du Heaume did depart the tail wasn’t able to wag as Andover were bowled out for 141.
In reply Odiham got off to a flyer scoring quickly and two wickets for Hamish Morton and one apiece for Aldridge and Lockington wasn’t enough as Odiham chased down the target inside 23 overs.
