Bishops Waltham U16 0 Lee Filters U16 2.

LEE Filters, sponsored by John Dollin Printers, made the long trip for an early kick-off to play a double header due to fixture build up.

Filters showed why they are currently top of the league as awell organised defence and hard working and creative midfield proved to much for Waltham to handle.

Jordan Brown struck a great goal and aerial pressure from a free-kick forced an own goal to seal the first three points. Man of the match was goalkeeper Kieran Delaney.

After a short break the players took to the heavy pitch again Filters upped the work rate and a looping long range strike from Ben Keegan put them ahead.

Oscar Reed showed great strength under close pressure and made it 2-0.

Man of the match for this game was Jake Parker.

Ludgershall Sports U15 3 Stockbridge U15 3.

Sports’ first half display proved they can mix it with any team in this league.

Ben Ancell’s return and his combination with Adam Hetherington playing in front of the back four brought stability to the squad. Two Sam Walsh goals and a sublime Harry Wilde chip gave them a comfortable 3-0 half-time lead but injuries to two of the back four forced changes and Stockbridge upped their effort and pulled back two goals.

A brilliant Walsh effort hit the bar, rebounded onto the post and eventually bounced clear and Stockbridge rescued a share of the points with an equaliser in an enthralling game.

Littleton Leopards U14 2 Stockbridge U14 4.

Stockbridge returned to the top of the league with a hard fought away win at Littleton. Goalkeeper Jake Graham made his debut and quickly settled into a strong back line. Littleton opened the scoring through a penalty before Brandon York equalised before half-time. In the second half, Stockbridge got their passing game together and the outstanding Charlie Rogers began to dicate and soon set-up the prolific Brandon Smith to put Stockbridge 2-1 up. Against the run of play Littleton equalised with eight minutes to go before Smith scored twice more to complete his hat-trick and a 4-2 win for the Robins.
