Wolversdene Youth FC were formed in 2003 by Steve Murphy and Roger Smith and at their peak 180 boys and girls played at various age groups within the local leagues.

Over the past 11 seasons the numbers have slowly decreased due to the lack of interest by both players and parents wanting to get involved with coaching and the club is now down to one team which will be next season's U3’s. They will play on Sundays in the Peter Houseman Youth League, managed by Martin Herlihy who has concerns that the team may fold as he only has eight players signed at present.

Wolversdene Youth have everything in place to run a team next season using all facilities at the Wolversdene Club but require more players.

Any child who will be 12 years old on or before Aug 31 and is interested in joining the club should contact Gary on 07544505010.
