Welcome Stranger 1 Queens Head 3 aet.
Welcome Stranger entertained higher league opponents in the Martin Turner Cup and Queens Head took the lead after some great passing play.
The game was then evenly poised at half-time after new signing Luke Soulby scored from a corner five minutes before the break which was no more than the home side deserved.
The second half saw both sides have chances but the game then went into extra-time.
Queens Head went in front with an excellent strike and Stranger pushed forward once more looking but found themselves running out of puff and conceding again.
The game was well refereed by Roger Willoughby.
