ANDOVER Town have announced they will host a derby match against Andover New Street at the Portway next month as part of their preseason friendly lineup.
Town have confirmed they will play four preseason matches next month as part of their preparation for the upcoming Wessex Premier League campaign.
The highlight of these will be a game against local rivals Andover New Street, which will take place at the Portway on Saturday 30 July.
Town will also host three friendlies at Sparsholt College in July.
Andover will kick-off their preseason with a fixture against Sussex League side Chichester City on Saturday 9 July before hosting Southern League side AFC Totton seven days later.
Town will then host Western League side Warminster Town on Saturday 23 July before their final preseason game against New Street in the following week.
The club will be hoping to pick up some good results in preseason ahead of a tough Wessex Premier League opener against Sholing on Tuesday 2 August.
