southampton Arms, sponsored by KH Kitchens, retained the Andover Sunday League title and remained unbeaten for a second successive season.

They began the week with an entertaining 2-2 draw at Barton Stacey and although being two goals down they secured a point with goals from Scott Tarrant and Paul Gilbert.

On Thursday night they retained their title with a deserved point away at CK Redbridge, when Tarrant equlised just before the break with a header in a 1-1 draw.

Arms finished the season at AFC Andover and yet again went a goal down but Marc Payne, and the 20th goal of the season from Tarrant, looked to have sealed the win. Although Andover made it 2-2 with a super strike from danny Frendo, late on Arms remained unbeaten.
