In the Whitchurch and District Bowls League Andover B returned to winning ways in Division 1 with a useful 56-42 (5-0) away victory at Alton to keep them out of the relegation places while St Mary Bourne Hawks lost 37-59 (1-4) away to Hyde Abbey and slip to seventh.
In Division 2 St Mary Bourne Eagles beat Whitchurch Blacks 54-38 and climb to third but Andover A lost 43-61 (1-4) at Hook and drop to seventh.
Andover C strolled to their third successive 5-0 victory in Division 4, this time thrashing Old Basing Royalists 60-27 at home and are now three points clear at the top of the table.
Cindy McLaughlin, Andy Hooper and Ray Cozze recorded the highest winning rink margin in this match (23-6). St Mary Bourne Merlins lost at home to Hyde Abbey 38-58 (1-4) and remain sixth.
