HAMPSHIRE’S county darts team had a great result last weekend away to Somerset.

The ladies’ B side drew 3-3 – Samantha Pike winning her match 3-0 against Kay Bisset and also receiving lady of the match honours.

The men’s B side got off to a superb start being 5-1 up before Somerset started to find a little bit of form to pull it back 5-5.

Richie Ford was unlucky to lose to Jody Matthews.

The ladies’ A team played really well to get a 4-2 win with Wendy Reinstadler taking lady of the match honours.

The men’s A team enjoyed a fine 9- 3 win but unfortunately Mark Thorne lost to Dean Baker despite a respectable 25/99 average .
