The Hampshire GC ladies’ section held their annual Spring meeting Stableford competition over two days followed by a presentation dinner on April 21.
There were two fantastic scores of 41 points on a windy Saturday when the greens were lightning fast but the weather was warmer on Tuesday, however the greens were equally challenging.
Kim Couch was the winner on countback from Rosemary Parnell, both getting well deserved cuts in their handicaps. Lesley Compton was third with additional prizes going to Avril Blake for the best par fives, Glennis Robson for the best par threes and Di Stevens for a 'hidden hole' best score.
Vouchers were also presented to a number of ladies for the 2015 monthly medal and Stableford competitions to date and a raffle raised £170 for the ladies charity this year - 'Wessex Cancer Trust'.
