ANDOVER Ladies suffered a 2-0 defeat at the hands of high-flying Fareham on Saturday.
Andover faced a difficult task against Fareham, who are set for a club record finish of third in South Women’s League Division 3B.
And despite working tirelessly throughout Andover eventually relented to their visitor’s organised attacking play.

Goalkeeper Hazel Stacey made some strong saves in the Andover goal however she could not keep out Bex Close who gave Fareham a first half lead just before the break.
Chloe Franklin narrowly missed a chance to put Andover level after the break with a powerful shot that went just wide.
Amanda Hilsdon clinched the victory for Fareham with a powerful reverse stick strike just before the final whistle.
