Police issue appeal on boy's death

A two-year-old boy's body was discovered by a member of the public in Modbury, Devon
Police have re-appealed for information following the death of a two-year-old boy.
Detectives were called to a property in Champernowne, Modbury, Devon, on Saturday after the boy's body was found by a member of the public.
Officers were continuing to question a 40-year-old woman on suspicion of murder.
Forensic work is ongoing and a post-mortem examination is expected to be carried out in the coming days.
Devon and Cornwall Police said they want to hear from witnesses who may have seen a woman in Modbury in the early hours of Saturday.
A force spokesman said: "We are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen a woman walking between Modbury and Wrangaton between 2am and 8.15am on January 19.
"The woman in question is described as having fair, shoulder-length hair and wearing a black jacket, black jeans and green Wellington boots."
