The ex-boyfriend of a teenager will go on trial today accused of her murder.
Ben Blakeley, 22, denies murdering Jayden Parkinson but has admitted killing the teenager and disposing of her body.
But the prosecution refused to accept his plea and he will now go on trial at Oxford Crown Court alongside a 17-year-old boy.
The youth, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, denies a charge of attempting to pervert the course of justice.
The body of 17-year-old Jayden was found in an established grave at All Saints' churchyard in Didcot, Oxfordshire, on December 18 last year having been last seen alive on December 3.
A post-mortem examinations found the teenager, of Didcot, died as a result of "pressure to the neck".
Blakeley, of Christchurch Road, Reading, Berkshire will go on trial before Judge Patrick Eccles QC.
