of all patients that their data
(both personal and medical)
that is held by their GP
practice is going to be downloaded
to a national care data
programme.
 

It is unclear what their data
is going to be used for.
 

For further information we
would encourage all patients
to read the information at
england.nhs.uk/ourwork/tsd/
care-data. If a patient does not
want their data to be shared
they must put this in writing
to their GP practice.
