Ready to knit for charity?

HOW many readers of the Andover Advertiser can knit and would be willing to do so to help provide a large throw to be raffled to fund Marie Curie?

They are looking to fund terminally ill people to be treated in their own homes.

The cancer charity shop in Andover High Street has kindly offered to take the knitting in for me to collect.

The knitting is 48 sts 48 rows double knitting wool size eight (old size) or new size 4mm needles – any pattern any colour.

Please leave your name and address with all submitted knitting as I would like to thank you for your work.

Beryl Rolfe, Andover
