Time for a rethink
AS A dog owner myself I am very disappointed with the council over its refusal to name an offender who let their pet make a mess in a public area.
I always, always carry poo bags with me to tidy up after my two dogs, so to see someone flout the rules yet be protected by the council is actually quite infuriating.
Time for a rethink TVBC.
