I WOULD like to say how lucky the Andover passengers on the No. 12 bus are to have Wheelers.

Their drivers are unfailingly helpful and kind, dropping people off anywhere they wish.

They drive a very difficult route up Old Winton Road, etc. with efficiency and cheerfulness.

Recently I left my shopping on the bus and after phoning the head office it was returned to me on a later bus.

All I had to do was wait at a bus stop.

You don’t get that level of kindness very often.
