IN our phenomenally popular series... the Andover Advertiser is publishing a “thank you” column featuring messages sent in by readers.
Whether you would like to show gratitude to a loved one or a complete stranger, this is the place to do it. Send messages to mike.sims@ andoveradvertiser.co.uk.
FOLLOWING the ‘hit and run’ incident on Thursday, 3 September, I would like to thank the young lady who helped my mum afterwards.
A big thank you also to Tesco Superstore staff who looked after her until the ambulance arrived, and also informed us of the incident.
To the driver who chose not to stop — words fail me.
Karen Walters, Beech Walk, Andover
ON BEHALF of Neighbourcare may I thank the Royal British Legion Club for wavering the £200 charge for parking our bus in their car park.
It is a very generous offer when all charities are suffering cut backs in funds. We look forward to working together in the future for the good of Andover.
Pam Delderfield, manager
